1.Usage & Application

(1)GHL Series is the new type pharmaceutical machinery, designed on the basis of adopting the principle of one-step granulator. It can blend and mix the dry powder rapidly, then the even wet powder and granulator. It meets the requirements of GMP Standard.

(2)The high speed mixer granulator can be widely used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, powder metallurgy, cosmetic industry,

dying stuff industry, and so on.

(3)The advantages: high efficient; fast; even; mixing and granulating in the same chamber. 

2.Main Structure

 (1) The machine mainly consists of blending system, cutting system, frame, mixing barrel, electric controlling box etc. Blending system consists of the motor, bearing pedestal and the cutter knife. The transmission shaft of blending system and cutter system has the airproof device to prevent the raw material into the shaft and the lube polluting it.      

 (2) The mixing barrel is fixed on the frame; SUS304 high-grade stainless steel; solid, durable and stainless; columniform bottom and conical tip; no dead angle, even mixing, easy cleaning; there is a pneumatic valve for discharging on the side of the mixing barrel; the whole valve is connected by the gemel, so it is easy to move away for checking and cleaning completely.

 (3) There is silicon rubber airproof ring between the mixing barrel and the barrel cover; the extended parts oftwo transmission shaft are airproofed to prevent

 the polluted things into the barrel.   

 (4) Design for security: when the barrel cover and the discharge exit are unfolded, the blending system and the cutter system can not be started up.

3.Features:

① mix evenly: making sure the coloring particles or pigment are evenly distributed; 

② strong blending ability: wetting the material quickly with 8-12% thickness starch slurry; 

③ judging the granulating situation by the max electricity consumption; 

④ the production granules are relaxed and snow-like with no block, more particle and little powder; 

⑤ the three procedures of the mixing, wetting and granulating run continuously in one barrel avoiding the pollution of the manual contact; 

⑥ it can produce repeated with the right parameters, such as the time and speed of the mixing and granulating, the consumption of the adhesive, the consumption of the electricity, etc.; 

⑦ the producing time of the mixer granulator is approx. ten minutes with high efficiency and the production particles can be well compressed; 

⑧ the great applicability: it can be used for pipelining with one-step fluidized granulator, as well as the fluidized drier; 

⑨ saving the adhesive about 20-25% and shorten the drying time;

4.Working Principle:

Blending wheel has three leaves with special shape, which is rotated with a certain speed driven by the gearing to make the material moving regularly. So it can mix the raw material efficiently.

The mixed wet material is cut into even particles in a short time by the high speed rotary cutter

The process of mixing, wetting and granulating go on automatically and continuously within ten minutes.
