Structure Principle

1. The basic rotary motion is similar to the manual screening. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40mm, and the low-speed V belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360rpm.
2. The stay time of each product can be adjusted by the radial and tangential direction of the tumbler screening.
3. Therefore build Horizontal level and throw three - dimensional rolling motion. The material is distributed evenly throughout the screen from the center to the outside edge, and then the screw travels to the axial transmission. Thus, the small particles complete the screening process.
4. The horizontal and vertical acceleration increases with the motion of the particles, and the particles close to the size of the mesh are successfully separated.
