2.Principle

ZS series high efficiency powder screening machine. The utility model is characterized in that the vertical vibration motor is integrally composed of an oscillating system and an eccentric excitation weight block is arranged at the upper and the lower ends of the motor spindle. The upper and lower eccentric eccentric exciting block is fixed with the motor spindle. Difficult to screen special materials can be appropriate to increase the weight of eccentric weight. 3.Structure

Element：The whole machine, vertical vibrating motor is a vibration system.There are two eccentric flapping heavy-blocks on the both sides of the main shaft of motor. The blocks are fixed with the main shaft. The weight of the block can be added for the special raw material, sifting out different materials accordingly. The materials are forced not only by the horizontal centrifugal force, but also the vertical. The two forces make the material moved complexly to reach the high sifting effect.
