Basic components

The vibrating motor

Screen Structure

This is where the screens are installed. It is these screens that separate the material according to its size/shape. The screens maintain tension to make it easier for the material to move in the direction of vibration. This can be in either a horizontal or vertical direction. The screen construction uses FDA approved seals to prevent cross contamination of product in different screens.

Hopper cover

It confines the material and keeps the machine and its surroundings free from dust.

External structure

The structure is made of stainless steel. It limits the product to be processed to the required size and fineness. To facilitate movement, the structure is equipped with nylon casters.

The whole process can be summarized as follows:

1,The material to be separated is fed through the hopper (small hole in the top of the vibrating separator).

2,Make sure that the lid, screen structure and bottom frame are securely fastened with clamping rings.

3,Power the machine from the power supply and turn it on. Due to the imbalance of the counterweight assembly, the vibratory motor will be energized, causing a vibratory movement.

4,The screen/sifter will start vibrating. The material fed into the hopper will then pass through the screen depending on the particle size.

5,The material moves in a controlled path and leaves the system through the discharge system.

6,The main applications for vibrating screen machines may vary depending on the design and construction of the equipment.
