1. Before each use check all parts, fasteners are secure.

2. Replacement screens, washing shredders should be avoided when water rushed into the motor, fan control box and the bearing, so as not to affect the life, always pay attention to keep the grinder clean.

3. In order to extend the service life of the bearing should be timely lubricated, ZL-1 Lithium complex grease for lubrication.

Intermittent production of 8 hours/day 200-hour refueling;

Continuous production of 8 hours/day 100-hour refueling;

Continuous 24 hour/day 48-hour refueling;

4. Machine maintenance once every six months.

Note: may not be crushed metal, sturdy and high-viscosity materials.
